5 - Nashville Country RV Park, Nashville, TN – 3 - near the great and exciting city of Nashville

6 - Nolan Lake SP, Mammoth Cave, KY – 3 - a very nice Kentucky state park near Mammoth Cave National Park

7&8 - Yogi Bear Yellowstone and Caboose Lake Campground, Indiana – 2 - two one-nighters, both near I-75, while passing through Indiana

9 - Illinois Beach SP, Zion, IL – 3 - an Illinois state park near Chicago, IL

10 - Lake Kegonsa SP, Stoughton, WI – 2 - Wisconsin state park near Madison, WI

11 - Pikes Peak SP, McGregor, IA – 2 - a unique Iowa state park on the banks of the Mississippi River

12&13 - Checkers Welcome Campground, Welcome, MN & Ron Dees Campground, Mitchell, SD – 2/1 - The Corn Palace and Festival

14 - Three Flags RV Park, Black Hawk, SD – 7 - near The Black Hills – Mount Rushmore, Custer State Park, etc.

15 - North Park Campground, Dickinson, ND – 3 - near Theodore Roosevelt National Park

16&17 - Big Sky Camp (Miles City) and RV Park and Bear Canyon Campground (Bozeman) Montana – 1/1 - two “one-nighters” on the way across the long state of Montana

18 - Valley View Campground, Island Park, ID – 7 - near Yellowstone and Grand Tetons National Parks

19 - Fairmont RV, Anaconda, MT – 1 - a nice, quiet park near the town of Anaconda – famous for copper production

20 - Whitefish / Kalispell North KOA, Whitefish, MT – 5 - near Glacier National Park

31 - McGreer Camper Park & Johnson Lake SRA, Elwood, NE – 1 / 2 - a quiet Nebraska state recreation area on a huge fishing lake

32 - Lakeside Recreation Park, Assaria, KS – 1 - a small commercial campground with a lake and recreation facilities

33 - Cedar Valley RV Park, Guthrie, OK – 2 - right on an executive par 3 golf course, and near Oklahoma City

34 - Eisenhower SP, Denison, TX – 1 - a Texas state park on Lake Texoma near Denison, the birthplace of Dwight David “Ike” Eisenhower

35 - Martin Creek Lake SP, Tatum, TX – 2 - a Texas state park away from it all [except a coal fired power plant]

36 - Pavilion RV Park, West Monroe, LA – 2 - a large commercial RV park near Monroe, LA

37 - Natchez SP, Natchez, MS – 2 - a Mississippi state park near the antebellum city of Natchez

38 - Paul B. Johnson SP, Hattiesburg, MS – 2 - a Mississippi state park near Hattiesburg

39 - Henderson Beach SP, Destin, FL – 3 - a Florida state park with great amenities right on the Gulf of Mexico in the Panhandle of Florida

4 - Anastasia SP, St. Augustine, FL – 3 - a Florida state park with wooded sites on the Atlantic Ocean and near the historic city of St. Augustine

5 - Gamble Rogers Memorial SP, Flagler Beach, FL – 3 - a Florida state park with RV sites right on the Atlantic Ocean – pull in forward [ if possible]

6 - Sebastian Inlet SP, Melbourne Beach, FL – 4 - a large Florida state park with sites on the waterway leading to the Atlantic Ocean and great fishing

3 - Reed Bingham SP, Adel, GA – 3 - nice, quiet Georgia state park near I-75 and great for overnight or a several night stay

4 - Georgia State Fairground, Perry, GA – 5 - the Good Sam’s “Rally” was held in this very large fairground atmosphere

5 - High Falls SP, Jackson, GA – 2 - a Georgia state park with beautiful falls, south of Atlanta

6 - Hard Labor Creek SP, Rutledge, GA – 2 - a Georgia state park with a full 18 hole golf course that is rated the 3rd toughest course in the state

7 - Watson Mill Bridge SP, Comer, GA – 2 - a delightful Georgia state park with an old wooden covered bridge, small falls, and river area

8 - Calhoun Falls SRA, Calhoun Falls, SC – 2 - a South Carolina state park with waterfront RV sites right on a large reservoir on the Savannah River

9 - Sesquicentennial SP, Columbia, SC – 2 - an urban South Carolina state park that the city of Columbia just grew up around.

10 - Myrtle Beach SP, Myrtle Beach, SC – 2 - a very busy South Carolina state park right on the Atlantic Ocean

11 - Huntington Beach SP, Murrells Inlet, SC – 3 - a well maintained South Carolina state park right on the Atlantic Ocean.

12 - Givhans Ferry SP, Ridgeville, SC – 3 - a South Carolina state park near the city of Charleston

13 - Edisto Beach SP, Edisto Beach, SC – 3 - a South Carolina state park with an excellent beach and small town environment

14 - Skidaway Island SP, Savannah, GA – 2 - a Georgia state park located on an island very near downtown Savannah
